What's included
The scope of support depends on the asset, the parties involved, and the stage of the process. We do not replace relevant specialists, but coordinate their work around the client's interests.

When to involve us
The earlier the task is formulated and the documents are collected, the easier it is to check the limitations, allocate responsibility and avoid decisions based on incomplete information.
Scope of work
When buying, the key issue is the security of obligations before funds are transferred. During ownership, property documents, contractual arrangements, and the proper completion of local procedures are important.
Before the transaction
We compile the legal issues before the client enters into obligations or transfers funds.
After the transaction
We coordinate contractual, tax and administrative tasks related to the use of real estate.
How do we work?
The client understands who is responsible for each opinion, what documents are required and what decision should be made at each stage.
1
We analyze the situation, participants, available documents, deadlines and the decision that the client must make.
2
We involve the right specialists, formulate questions, and bring the findings together into a single working overview.
3
We coordinate negotiations, documents and procedures until the agreed legal phase is completed.
Two independent statuses

Record the product or service, market, estimated turnover, employees, sources of funds, owners and signatories.
For a new structure, compare available forms and mandatory registrations. For a purchase, request the seller's corporate, tax, employment, contractual, and financial documents.
Bring together the contador's tax model, the escribano's notarial review, and the abogado's legal opinion before signing a contract or transferring funds.
Before applying, check the current requirements of DGI, BPS, registries and permitting authorities for the selected activity and municipality.
